What category of poetry would most likely be about sex. Is it romantic or more towards crazy modernists?
Ovid wrote enough erotic poems that it is a separate book. Donne wrote some wonderfully porno poems before becoming a priest. Going way back, Sappho is far from tame.
There is no period or style of poetry which does not have erotic examples. Sonnet, limrick, epic, all are there.
