I met this guy and we have been talking for awhile. We are like best friends now. We talk everyday and at every chance we get. We kinda fell for each other and we both know it. He gives me hugs all the time and hes kissed me before. I know hes going to ask me out within 7 days but i dont know when. Its a surprise. Does anybody know any good poems for this?

A mere few days, we were sunlight and moonlight, different,
yet UNIQUE,
though opposites,
we still MET,
when switching from
DAY unto
NIGHT,
and eventually… you peered as the SUN
from the SKY,
through the curtain of
NIGHT you vewied the MOON,
through the pinholes of
STARS….
when the world awoke, we were taken from the sky,
and put into these
bodies…
where
the world wouldn’t care..
where we could finally view the skies
TOGETHER,
as ONE,
whereas words
can create a DIFFERENCE…
…save a life,
whereas words
can make LOVE
a TRUE STATEMENT…
where you came,
you made me stronger
standing
beside you.
Where you were the sun,
before…
I hadn’t known you,
you were an unknown human element…
but when I did…
you became an element,
stamped into my heart,
an everlasting diamond
on a necklace…
an everlasting
diamond on a ring…
