Silly Verse For Kids was the title of one of his books of poems. In fact it was almost the only poetry I liked as a child!

Just realised -Nicky ( director ) says.. ..’we are doing silly verse for kids..’ -Correct Title ‘Nonsense verse’ -Nicky was a very pretty girl -so she got away with it !

a true great and a one off.spike is very much missed by many people.even in death he kept his humour,his gravestone says “see,told you i was ill”.if you get a chance read the book his manager wrote about her relationship with him.brilliant book.
