Keats was my way into poetry when I took an evening class after school, since my school had destroyed any burgeoning interest in poetry. The evening class saved me and the enthusiasm for poetry coming from the lecturer has stayed with me ever since…A thing of beauty is a joy forever, an inspiring teacher is remembered for ever! Years later I made the pilgrimage to Keats’ House, Hampstead, London.
